- Mattress must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Manufacturing defects are eligible for free replacement.

Refund Process
- Pickup & inspection will be arranged.
- Refund will be credited within 7–10 working days after approval.
Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- After dispatch, cancellation charges may apply.
